I highly recommend Jenny as a conflict resolution coach. She was very insightful about a difficult situation I was in regarding  a friend group that had become rather fractured. She was able to help me analyze how others in the group might be feeling and develop insights into possible reasons for their actions which allowed me to see the situation in a different way. This new perspective was very  helpful for reopening lines of communication between myself and other friends. It was very important to resolve this and the work we did was helpful in allowing all of us to communicate better and eventually resolve the fractures in the group.
